Description

Our Maple Sriracha Loaded Fries is inspired by one of our all-time cravings: the Thai Fighter Fries from Urban Hot Bird. These fries are bold, fiery, a little sweet, and completely irresistible. They’re piled high with crispy fried chicken, charred jalapeños, fresh cilantro, and drizzled with a sticky-sweet maple sriracha sauce and a cooling splash of buttermilk ranch. At the base are crinkle-cut fries that stay crispy under all that flavor-packed goodness. Every bite delivers the perfect mix of heat, crunch, and creamy indulgence. Whether you’re sharing or savoring alone, these fries won’t just sit on the table, they’ll own it!

Directions

Step 1

Slice jalapeños.

Step 2

Chop up some cilantro.

Step 3

For the ranch, combine mayonnaise, 23 cup buttermilk, and ranch seasoning. Refrigerate while preparing the fries.

Step 4

In a bowl, season chicken tenderloins with season all, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add 1 cup buttermilk, hot sauce, and mix until combined. Cover and marinate for 4 hours up to overnight.

Step 5

For the dry batter, combine flour and cornstarch. Season to taste with season all, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Step 6

Coat the chicken tenderloins in the dry batter. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Fry the chicken tenders for 4-6 minutes or until golden.

Step 8

For the sauce, melt butter. Add sriracha, maple syrup, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer. Once you’ve reached a simmer, lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 9

In a pan, heat up olive oil. Sauté jalapeños for 5 minutes or until tender.

Step 10

Chop up tenders.

Step 11

Add fries to a plate. Drizzle the fries with maple sriracha sauce, add chicken, more maple sriracha sauce, jalapeños, a drizzle of ranch, and top with cilantro.

Step 12

Enjoy.
