Directions

Step 1

Chop up some peanuts.

Step 2

Slice open dates and remove the pit.

Step 3

Pipe peanut butter in the middle of the dates.

Step 4

Sprinkle peanuts on the top of the peanut butter.

Step 5

Close the dates as much as possible, add a toothpick, and place them in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Add dark chocolate chips to a bowl, then a tablespoon of coconut oil, and melt in 30-second intervals until smooth.

Step 7

Dip the dates into the chocolate until fully coated.

Step 8

Top with chopped peanuts and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Step 9

Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
