Well, my family is a native of New Orleans, and in New Orleans, the Roux is known to be the base of everything good, like myself. I’m not saying I’m pawfect, but everything that comes out of my kitchen is paw-some. I make sure of it. Although, I don’t think mom and dad like it when I’m in the kitchen.
