Spinach and Artichoke wonton cups

Description
Ditch the chips because there’s nothing to dip! These spinach and artichoke wonton cups are an all-in-one bite. From one bite, you get the crunchiness of the wonton and the ooey, gooey amazingness of the spinach and artichokes. They are perfect for holidays, gameday, parties, or a quick snack. Warning, keep your station prepped and your oven heated! These little bites of deliciousness will have everyone running back for more.
Directions
Step 1
Defrost and strain chopped spinach.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3
Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Step 4
Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin tin.
Step 5
Lightly spray wonton wrappers with cooking spray.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until lightly crisp.
Step 7
Dice artichoke hearts.
Step 8
In a bowl, add cream cheese, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
Step 9
Season to taste with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper.
Step 10
Add the mixture to the wonton cups and lightly spray the edges of the wonton with cooking spray.
Step 11
Bake for 10 – 12 minutes.
