Description

Laissez les bon temps rouler! Nothing screams “let the good times roll” like a crawfish pie. Crawfish pies are primarily served during Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest, two of New Orleans’ most notable events. When New Orleans is mentioned, two thoughts come to mind: good food and a good time. These savory pies embody that spirit.
