Directions

Step 1

Dice yellow onion, green bell pepper, and celery.

Step 2

Mince garlic.

Step 3

Cube Velveeta cheese.

Step 4

Season peeled and deveined shrimp with creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.

Follow the directions on your package to boil fettuccine pasta.

Step 6

Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add yellow onion, green bell pepper, and celery. Sauté for 5 minutes or until translucent.

Add minced garlic.

Add rotel.

Lower the heat and add Velveeta cheese.

Add half and half and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Turn off the heat and mix in the noodles.

Place in an oven-safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
