Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Shred parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Chop shrimp into small pieces.

Season shrimp to taste with creole seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

In a pan, heat olive oil.

Melt butter.

Cook shrimp for 2 minutes. Halfway through, so with 1 minute left, add minced garlic.

Once the shrimp has cooled, add mayonnaise, sour cream, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup parmesan cheese. Combine the ingredients.

Cut the French bread down the middle.

Step 10

Optional: remove some of the bread from the middle.

Step 11

Spread the mixture over the bread.

Step 12

Top with ½ cup mozzarella cheese and ½ cup parmesan cheese.

Step 13

Garnish with parsley and paprika.

Bake for 15 minutes.
